Drake Vilareal sent in his owl, done by Chris Lowe of Naked Art Tattoos. Its one of many owls we've featured related to knowledge and wisdom. Ironically, owls are actually stupid creatures. The image of the wise owl is nothing but a myth! I blame AA Milne.

"Aloha my name is Sean Sultan. This Owl tattoo is on my right calf. The Owl comes from a restaurant my grandparents owned called The Crystal Owl. My grandma collected owls her whole life along with my mom. When my mom passed away I got this memorial piece as a tribute to her and my grandmas life. The name Komiss underneath it is my moms maiden name. The artist who did it is Tommy Tingle and he did it at Chrome Lotus Tattoo in Lahaina, Maui."
